```Duties:```
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team and perform general office tasks.
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Assist with including tracking progress, organizing files, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the executive.
- Utilize electronic database for document management.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external executive.
- Event Marketing
- Perform front desk duties such as greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries.
```Requirements:```
- MUST have reliable transportation!
- MUST dress business professional
- MUST be computer savey
- MUST be a self-starter, with little need for intervention. CAN WORK ON YOUR OWN EFFECTIVLY AND EFFICENTLY. Ability to work without supervision, while still producing results.
-MUST be outgoing
-MUST have great phone skills
- MUST be a people person
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
