CNA/PCA NEEDED IN Atlanta, GA
Provide great patient care
- Answer patient calls and determine how best to help them
- Provide physical support for patients or residents with daily activities and personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, getting out of bed, using the toilet, walking, standing or exercising
- Ensure patients receive an appropriate diet by providing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
- Remind patients to take medications and nutritional supplements
- Note observations of patient behavior, including complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses
- Stay up to date on CNA/PCA training and facility policy and procedures
Requirements:
- Basic Health and Tuberculosis screening
- Participate in Quality Improvement Program
- State Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (preferred)
- Current CPR (American Heart Association) Certification (preferred)
- Ability to think and work independently and with direction and communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
- Meeting recurring training requirements
Job Types: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 Hours per Week
