  • Engagifii is a fast growing online technology company with employees predominantly in Atlanta and a few remote employees all over the US plus a couple of global locations.
  • This job is in service of the family (and new baby) of the founder and CEO and his wife who also holds an executive position at the company.
  • The right person in this position will help reduce the time that the two executives will need to spend on performing errands and "keeping the lights on" with life stuff so that they can focus on their two top priorities: continuing to focus on and grow the business at a fast pace and spending quality time with their family and newborn son.
  • The right person is not just comfortable with the job (as described in the roles and responsibilities below) but is also excited about their growth at the company as a senior assistant, an office manager, an executive assistant and several more roles at the company as part of the operations team.

Role Summary and Responsibilities
  • Part 1: Primary job - Household Personal Assistant:
    • This will be your primary job
    • Your responsibilities revolve around keeping the CEO's family home running smoothly. These include (but are not limited to) running errands, performing house maintenance, pet care, grocery shopping, laundry, meal prep, cleaning and housekeeping, maintaining a plan and schedule for the family's personal and professional needs, car maintenance, baby-sitting, driving older parents or baby to places, and any other services that fall within your abilities. You will also need to plan and execute on parties and events, handle bills, check and address mail on a daily basis, do some light garden care, shopping, driving the kid to/from school, scheduling and managing doctor's appointments, making calls and reservations for the family, doing research online, scheduling vendors, etc.
    • On occasion, you may be asked (but not required) to travel with the family to continue to perform all of your duties while the family is traveling at the travel destination. In such cases, all of your travel related and food expenses will be covered during the trip.
  • Part 2: Partial job (in the beginning) - Personal (Work) Assistant plus Office Assistant:
    • This will be a small part of your job, but you will, over the years, grow into doing more and more work at the office - with a lot of growth opportunities in the operations team at the office.
    • Personal Assistant Work:
      • Managing the CEO's calendar via email and phone, scheduling appointments, Making calls, emails and correspondence as needed. Work party planning.
    • Office Assistant Work:
      • Important: twice-weekly checking the office mailbox, collecting and depositing checks into the bank and sending scans and an email summary of the deposits to the accounting staff
      • Office access management (cards, keys, etc.)
      • Office dishes cleaning, supplies and inventory management
      • Occasionally dealing with hiring and coordinating with vendors

Requirements
Required Experience:
  • Prior experience as a nanny or as a mother of child(ren) a must.
  • Experience managing a house (even your own house) and keeping it neat, tidy and organized is a must.
  • Must have a drivers license and your own car to drive to and from work every day.

Benefits
Pay
  • $36,000 ~ $40,000 a year depending on experience.

Working Days, Benefits and Type of Position
  • This position is a 5 days a week full-time non hourly role with access to all company benefits and significantly subsidized health premiums with top health insurance providers, ability to participate and invest in a retirement plan with partial company match and 10 PTO days each year.
  • Working days will be 4 days of the business week plus one weekend day. The day off during the week will be pre-set and pre-agreed between the individual and the family with the flexibility for both parties to mutually re-agree on a different business day with advance notice and planning.
  • When the family is traveling internationally (several weeks a year), the person in this position will be working on a highly reduced schedule and doing only a few tasks a day and mostly working on remote (online and phone) tasks from their home except for a couple of days a week.
