Job Title: Personal Assistant for UHNW Couple with Multiple Residences Worldwide
Location: Flexible/Remote with availability for occasional international travel
About the Employer: A prominent UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) couple is searching for a highly capable and organized Personal Assistant to manage their diverse lifestyle across multiple residences worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Coordination: Efficiently manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements across various time zones.
- Communication Management: Handle calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally, ensuring all communications are managed effectively.
- Errand Running: Execute various errands including but not limited to grocery shopping, banking, and other personal tasks as required.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing events, parties, and gatherings at their residences, including coordinating with vendors, managing guest lists, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventories of household supplies, manage purchases, and oversee deliveries to ensure all properties are well-stocked.
- Retail Experience: Utilize retail experience in textiles, furniture, and/or art to assist in purchasing, sourcing, and managing household items and decor.
- Travel Assistance: Aid in travel planning, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and arranging visas and other travel documents. The candidate must have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
- Special Projects: Support with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably within a high-net-worth environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and discreet demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours and travel as needed.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Valid driver's license and passport for international travel requirements.
- Retail experience in textiles, furniture, and/or art preferred.
