Personal Assistant Needed

Esther’s School, Where Miracles Happen In Children's Lives Every Day! Esther’s School is a private, non-denominational Christian, accredited K-12 school with 9 campus locations throughout central Florida.

Our Founder and CEO is in need of a capable and flexible individual who can assist in various areas across multiple projects.

Duties for this position include:

• Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Screen incoming correspondence and answer emails.
• Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.
• File and organize documents and records.
• Assist with personal errands.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Use discretion, judgement, and organizational knowledge to maintain confidentiality and order.
• Set appointments, assist with travel arrangements, and manage calendar.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Solid computer skills and working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook required. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and prioritize effectively and possess problem-solving abilities. Candidates must agree with Esther's School's Statement of Faith and exemplify a positive, Christian role model both on and off campus. All offers of employment subject to successful completion of a Level II background check and reference check.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Work Location: In person
