Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to help our home office as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will execute tasks and errands. This is a part time position that is remote and on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Transcribing hand written book chapters.
- Filling out invoices for a small number of clients (template provided).
These are the two main tasks at hand, if we find that you work well with us there are a number of possible additional items.
Qualifications:
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Familiarity with Canva
As a Personal Assistant you will be in our home and work closely with our family. It is important we find someone who is respectful that this is a private residence. We require all hires to sign an NDA as a part of their respect to our privacy.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
