Our client is seeking a Personal Assistant to join their household in Farmington, CT. The ideal candidate will serve as the right-hand person, ensuring a high standard of hospitality, and smooth household operations. . The position is open to both live-in and live-out candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the client's right-hand person, managing administrative tasks and household duties.
- Coordinate with household vendors and greet guests.
- Assist with pet care for dogs and cats.
- Manage and catalog the client's wardrobe and personal belongings.
- Facilitate online sales and manage listings.
- Collaborate with the client to create catalogs of artwork, clothing, and other possessions.
- Drive the client to appointments, including occasional city trips.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of similar experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent, verifiable references.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Adobe.
- Tech savvy with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and have a positive attitude
