Personal Assistant

Busy executive is searching for a talented and capable Personal Assistant to provide valuable support and assist both the principal and senior leadership. This is an exciting opportunity with the potential to grow into a more involved forward-facing position with the principal down the line. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to multitask with changing priorities, and have a "no job is too small" attitude. Proficiency in MAC systems and Google Suite is a must.

Typical responsibilities include running errands for the principal, maintaining household supplies, assisting with research for large asset purchases, and calendaring related tasks. This role requires access to a vehicle and must be local to San Francisco. The 4-day work schedule begins on Thursdays with flexibility to swap days if needed.

Competitive compensation beginning at $55/hour will be offered depending on background, as well as insurance benefits and paid time off.
