We're looking for a Personal Assistant who loves to cook vegan food with a focus on incorporating natural probiotics and fermentation to benefit our bodies.
Who knows how to cook foods that are rich in natural probiotics and fermentation, creating dishes that can last 4-6 days.
Responsibilities:
- Cook vegan meals with probiotics and fermentation.
- Provide grocery list for approval and prepare dishes at our home.
- Include wild fish options for meals.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in fermentation.
- Ability to plan meals and recipes.
- Available once a week on Wednesdays.
Here's what we need:
- You'll send us a grocery list on Tuesday night, and we'll have everything ready for you.
- We're big fans of probiotics and fermentation, fermented cheese (cashew-based), and more!
- We're all about that protein life, but from non-animal sources like beans, legumes, and wild fish and no dairy.
- Some dishes should be good for a quick bite within 2 days, while others can last 3-4 days or even longer if they're fermented.
$20 per hour / Every Wednesdays
