As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to our team members.

```Responsibilities```
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and proofread documents, correspondence, and reports
- Perform general office management duties such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and assisting visitors
- Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Utilize computer literacy skills to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Proficiently use QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks,
- Coordinate projects by collaborating with team members and ensuring deadlines are met
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents accurately
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Utilize DocuSign for electronic document signing

```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks is preferred
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
