Our agency is currently seeking compassionate, trustworthy, and reliable caregivers to provide assistance and companionship to adults, seniors, and individuals with developmental disabilities who require additional support to remain safely in their homes.
Responsibilities
The role of Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) encompasses a range of responsibilities, including:
- Bathing, dressing, grooming.
- Mobility and transfer assistance.
- Behavior management
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Feeding assistance
- Errand running
- Transportation
- And more.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must:
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Possess a smartphone with internet access.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Work effectively with individuals with varying personalities and diverse backgrounds.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
