Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and Personal Care to individuals in need
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals under your care
- Comply with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of patient information
- Collaborate with social workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Provide first aid in case of emergencies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices (NOT REQUIRED, WILL TRAIN)
- Ability to work with individuals of diverse backgrounds and needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required by the employer
