Permit Technician

RJM Custom Homes, Inc is looking to add a new team member in our permitting department. This is an entry level, part time position. Hours are flexible but need to be consistent each week. 25-30 hours. This position may develop into full time.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Completing permit applications both online and in person at different municipalities

2. Filing paperwork with the appropriate courthouses, as needed

3. Visiting building/health departments, as needed

4. Weekly customer updates
