Elite Permits in Sarasota, FL is an engineering consulting firm looking for a Permit technician/admin assistant to join our team. We are a growing company with big ambitions. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working. Opportunities for advancement to salary positions are available (Project Managers). This is an entry-Level Position. Responsibilities
- Assist project manager with project coordination
- Permit processing
- Field telephone calls
- Receive and direct visitors
- Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Create spreadsheets, presentations, and data management
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Conduct internet research
- Enter data into reports as needed
- Create email and postal mail campaigns
- Learn new software, industry practices, and maintain relationships.
Qualifications
- Initiative and desired to grow
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to organize and create orderly systems
- Experienced in computer technology that includes Microsoft Programs (Outlook, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, OneNote) CRM software, and Google Chrome.
