Requirements:
- Proven experience as an accounting clerk or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation and account reconciliation processes
- Proficient in using QB Online and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
-Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist with bank reconciliation and account analysis
- Maintain debits and credits
- Assist with general ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliation
- Provide support in preparing financial reports and statements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
- Utilize accounting software such as QB Online to perform necessary tasks
