Position Overview:
- Help facilitate PQI functions day to day at New Hope Carolinas and other locations as assigned.
- Help drive exceptional outcomes in key data points like critical incidents, satisfaction data, restrictive interventions, audit scores, etc.
- When regulators walk into the building, greet them fast and ensure the surveys are efficient, getting them everything they need in a timely manner
- Help ensure data collections processes are happening consistently
- Complete Environment of Care Surveys with resident from each community
- Lead or co-lead the YAB and ensure it is strong, active and impactful at NHC
- Maintain excellent key external stakeholders relationships that promote New Hope’s success
- Set the tone for a culture of excellence and youth-focused care
- Complete Plans of Corrections and other required documents/reports for external stakeholders in a timely and professional fashion
- Work collaboratively with Operations and EE&T to ensure compliance with standards
- Help review, modify and enforce policies
- Assist with tri-annual Joint Commission surveys and other accreditation efforts
- Be a brand ambassador internally and externally for New Hope. Help manage our reputation and standing in the communities we serve.
- Work with our EMR on generating meaningful data reports that help highlight areas for improvement
- Ensure all DHEC and Joint Commission (or other accrediting) standards are being met at all times in NHC.
- Other duties as assigned to help push New Hope’s mission forward

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree strongly preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience
