Position Overview:As a Rehash Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in maximizing sales opportunities by efficiently managing and scheduling rehash activities within the Sales Department. You will work closely with sales representatives, team leads, and management to ensure that potential leads are revisited and re-evaluated for conversion. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Rehash Scheduling:
   • Develop and maintain a systematic approach to scheduling rehash activities for the Sales Department.
   • Collaborate with sales representatives to identify and prioritize leads for reevaluation.
2. Communication and Coordination:
   • Liaise with sales team leads and management to align rehash efforts with overall sales strategies.
   • Communicate schedule updates and changes effectively to the sales team.
3. Data Analysis:
   • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the rehash process.
   • Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of rehash activities.
4. Documentation:
   • Maintain accurate records of rehash schedules, outcomes, and any relevant information.
   • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
5. Training and Support:
   • Provide training and support to sales representatives on effective rehash techniques.
   • Offer insights and recommendations to enhance the rehash process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a scheduling or coordination role, preferably in a sales environment.
