We have an opportunity for a PeopleSoft Consultant, preferred location in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate needs to have experience with PeopleSoft 8.8 Financials (PeopleCode, PeopleTools, SQR, Application Engine, expert in AP, PO, eSettlements, eProcurement, US1099 processing).

Responsibilities Technical SME (Subject Matter Expert) for PeopleSoft Sourcing modules: includes Accounts Payable, Purchasing, eProcurement, Inter-company, eSettlements, eSupplier, Taxware, Supply Chain Finance Scrum Master for Source to Pay SAP: run scrum meetings, assist product owner in managing backlog, assist scrum team in story writing, track team velocity, escalate blocking items Write technical documents to support enhancements and defect fixes Write business job aids to aid functional team Aid support team in production triage Provide technical and functional expertise for both on site and remote team members, for both business and technical users Provide solutions, estimates and specification documents for enhancements and defects Create test plans and scripts in HP ALMQC Batch support on PSNT and on mainframe. Ability to navigate SAP AP including VIM, debug programs, write specifications, familiar with use of idocs, use of ActiveControl and ITSM for change control.
Ability to support/develop on the IBM mainframe (JCL,COBOL, TELON, IBM utilities, Broadcom utilities, CICS, DB2, PL1, REXX) Batch and online support. High level troubleshooting, then pass on work to offshore to implement changes. Ability to adapt well to changing requirements and deadlines Ability to translate complex business processes into technical requirements Ability to translate complex technical details into everyday language Must have strong analytical skills and can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills Ability to gather requirements and develop technical design documents.
