Day to Day
The People Partner will work with an aligned business unit or region to give HR counsel.You'll join with HR team, applying diverse expertise to HR activities, and contribute in planning and day-to-day operations.
You're experienced in providing frontline managers with HR counsel, including compliance, performance management, policy implementation, and training/coaching.
Responsibilities
- Primary liaison for people managers, offering guidance, coaching, resource identification, and HR coordination, ensuring effective team leadership and support.
- Works alongside Strategy Advisors and COEs, delivering information, resources, and updates to businesses, while creating new program developments.
- Serves as an advisor to people managers on talent development, organizational performance, engagement, culture, and leadership matters.
- Offers people data insights, guiding managers through workforce planning and strategies, facilitating informed conclusions and trend identification.
- Supports talent review process, ensuring managers understand the steps and complete activities
- Identifies capability gaps in current workforce and sets strategies to help address future needs by partnering with the COEs
- Coach managers and individual contributors on performance management issues and create/deploy performance improvement plans
Skills/Competencies
- 3+ years of broad HR knowledge within a professional environment
- Proven experience working to improve programs and propose solutions to improve practices
- Experience completing ad-hoc projects, reporting, and tasks as required with cross-functional HR /Partner teams

US Remote 79,000 - 114,000 USD per year
