People Analytics - Data Science & Reporting Analyst

You’ll expand HCAP’s automated analytics portfolio by developing novel reporting solutions, primarily using Python. You’ll have the opportunity to develop dashboards for the firm’s senior leadership and build other reporting products from the ground up, as well as contribute to the ETL pipelines and infrastructure initiatives that support our function.

• A bachelor’s degree or higher and two to five years of relevant experience working in a Data Science or data engineering setting are required.
• Proficiency in using Python for data transformation and analytics and interactive dashboard design is required.
• A willingness to dive into details, collaborate effectively with teammates, and drive projects to completion is essential, as is the ability to exercise extreme discretion with confidential information.
• We seek candidates with an affinity for data wrangling and finding the perfect way to visualize data for a senior audience.
• Individuals who are committed to providing excellent customer service, have impressive interpersonal communication skills, and have an ability to see how small details impact the bigger picture will thrive in this role.
• People analytics experience is preferred but not required.
• The expected annual base salary for this position is $115,000 to $175,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401k contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
