Job Description

Publicis Sport & Entertainment, the sports and entertainment marketing division within Publics Media and Publicis Groupe, is searching for a Supervisor to support the in-house Sponsorship Measurement division and its implementation across our robust roster of clients and their partnerships. The position would preferably be in New York but could also be based in Chicago (or other) pending available talent.

This position requires an individual with a background in measuring sponsorship effectiveness of sports and entertainment or media partnerships, and with an understanding of the collection of data compiled by a combination of survey, first-person client data, and third-party syndicated resources. The main duties of the role are developing measurement frameworks for clients, vetting and interfacing with research vendors in the marketplace, and working with both internal and external Analytics teams to deliver holistic measurement reports. The individual will also bring background and experience in sponsorship marketing strategy and client service as some of the duties may include management of brand sponsorship programs.

Your Impact:

• Actively support in the continued development and delivery of in-house Sponsorship Intelligence & Partnership Effectiveness measurement products
• Support investigation with internal analytics teams and external measurement partners
• Assist in developing custom measurement frameworks (e.g. Partnership Evaluation, Custom Panel Surveys, Omni-Channel Measurement, Social Listening, etc.)
• Clearly distill Measurement findings for clients
• Provide Optimization suggestions to ensure robust measurement and improved performance
• Collect data on competitors and the market, and present relevant insights as actionable strategies for brands or properties
• Produce ‘White Papers’ on industry updates and partners
• Identify, investigate, and visualize relevant trends in the sports media marketplace
• Push PSE Measurement Services beyond current scope

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 – 5 years working in sports & entertainment marketing, with minimum 2 years working directly with sponsorship measurement and analytics
• Familiarity with existing Measurement/Research Tools (MRI, GWI, YouGov, Nielsen, etc.)
• Level of experience commensurate with position in data collection, management, and analysis
• Strong understanding of Media and Marketing Measurement and Analytics
• Experience setting up, writing, and managing Survey Panels
• Familiarity with Measurement Dashboards
• Media Planning/Buying familiarity a plus
• Strong ability to effectively communicate ideas in both a written and verbal setting
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically as it relates to Measurement Offerings
• Must be a self-starter who works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to lead and interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and results

Compensation Range: $73,500 - $115,500.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
