The Global Peer Review Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Peer Review program, including the sourcing of Peer Reviews, management of vendors, internal and external communications surrounding the program and closing the loop with participants and internal stakeholders. Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
•Strengthen our presence in multiple markets with strong, honest Peer Reviews across multiple vendors.
•Manage BMC presence on all key review sites, ensuring that information and resources are fully representative of BMC capabilities.
•Work closely with Customer Success and Sales to secure customer reviews.
•Report on key metrics and provide strategic insight and recommendations to the business.
•Coordinate with digital demand gen team to provide lead
•Understand the goals, behaviors and motivations of our customers in line with industry trends and internal use-cases.
•Create a process to identify, secure and track candidates for our global reference programs.
•Work closely with central marketing and solutions marketing to ensure strong analyst relations.
•Establish key relationships at the onboarding stage to capture reviews about the sales cycle and services.
To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset and experience:
•3+ years of customer success or customer advocacy experience
•3+ years Tech industry experience
•Experience with Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius, and similar review sites
•Experience working as part of a broader customer advocacy program
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited university
•Skilled in all MSFT office products, especially Excel, PPT and SharePoint.
•Technology sales development experience is a plus.
•Experience with Influitive (or similar customer advocacy platforms) a plus.
