Administrative Assistant

**Must reside within 20-mile radius of North Huntingdon, PA**
We will require in-office visits weekly. No travel reimbursement.
Who we need:
The Administrative Assistant will perform varied assignments for the Executive Director, complete an array of program and company-related jobs and tasks, coordinate projects, attend meetings, and provide general support to HCQU staff. Work is carried out with considerable initiative, accuracy, attention to detail, thoroughness, confidentiality as needed, and independence.

What you'll do:
The Administrative Assistant will perform a wide range of duties that include but are not limited to:
- Assists Executive Director with contract preparation, finance-related reports, responding to emails, and tracking and following up on requests and required items.
- Acts as liaison between Executive Director and client, company departments, consultants, landlord, and office vendors.
- Learns and becomes knowledgeable of company and program functions and initiatives.
- Composes/answers numerous emails, takes minutes, reviews/updates various materials, writes/reviews/edits job-related procedures.
- Assists with webinar/training preparation and review of virtual training data for certificate eligibility as needed.
- Maintains equipment and furniture inventory and reporting, unit files, and listings.
- Maintains email lists; sends email distributions.
- Orders supplies, opens IT tickets.
What you'll need:
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience as a staff assistant
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Forms, and Teams. Familiarity with SharePoint, Compliance C360, and Lectora preferred but not required.
Experience
- Clerical experience in an office setting is qualifying provided such experience shows a diversification of duties.
