Position Summary:
The Office Manager position is a key member of the team responsible for the efficient operation of the practice. The Office Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the office and the smooth transition of patients between practice visits. The position requires the person to be flexible, willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a highly organized person who can manage multiple tasks and practices while providing exceptional patient care and company service. The position requires a person with excellent communication skills who can work with doctors, staff, and patients in order to maintain positive relationships with all parties. The position requires a person who is well organized and able to manage their time effectively in a busy office environment. The Office Manager will be responsible for assisting in the daily operation of the practice by performing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, scheduling group sessions, billing, patient billing management, and financial management tasks as assigned by Executive Director.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Executive Director in day-to-day operations of the practice
- Booking appointments for doctors and patients
- Answer phones and schedule appointments for doctors and patients
- Financial management including invoicing, collecting payments & processing receipts
- Patient billing including patient billing management
- Patient billing invoicing
- Management of all insurance plans including obtaining appropriate authorizations/certifications/insurance carriers/certifications/insurance companies for all visits & treatments as needed
- Managing all financial records including monthly financial reports & audits as assigned by Executive Director
- Maintain all HIPAA regulations per 5 CFR Part 25 & 26 per 26 CMR Part 21 regulations per 5 CFR Part 25 & 26 per HIPPA regulations per CMS guidelines for Electronic Health Records (EHR) as well as maintain compliance with all state regulations regarding medical records

Pay: $25.98 - $30.65 per hour
