Playabilitiesis a multi-disciplinary pediatric occupational, physical, and speech therapy clinic located in Johnson County, Kansas. We provide personalized, intensive, and client-centered therapy services for children with various neurodevelopmental disabilities including developmental delays, autism, and sensory processing disorder. We provide a relaxed, yet professional work environment comprised of a collection of highly motivated, self-driven therapists who feed off of each other’s love for their job and compassion for helping our families. Responsibilities
This Speech Therapist will be responsible for managing the entire client experience from initial evaluation to implementation of treatment to family education to discharge. No two children are the same and therapists will need to use their expertise and creativity to connect with their clients, implementing a variety of approaches to find the “just right” therapeutic fit for your clients. Our therapy style is primarily play-based in a one-on-one setting. Therapists will need to be self-driven, organized, a quick learner, and capable of juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities at one time while providing high-touch service to clients, families and caregivers. Applicants should have 2+ years of experience, a Kansas SLP License, and a master degree in speech therapy from an accredited university.

Requirements
- Applicants should have 2+ years of experience;
- Kansas Speech Language Pathologist License;
- A Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited university; and
- A personal professional liability policy
Availability
The ideal candidate will have availability to work five days a week, with 6 or more total hours of availability between the hours of 4:00-7:00 PM.
The position will start at a part-time capacity (~15 billable hours) with the potential to gradually increase to a full-time caseload. Hours and timelines are based on the needs of the clinic and are subject to change.
This position will be based at the clinic in Leawood, KS.
Compensation
This position is paid $47 per billable hour of therapy.
