Job Description:
Connect Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate Supervising Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Austin* who is dedicated to the highest level of patient care. As a part of our team, you will play a vital role in collaboratively ensuring that pediatric patients receive comprehensive and well-coordinated care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, speech-language pathologists and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of pediatric patients.
Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to identify each child's unique strengths, challenges, and potential areas of collaboration with other disciplines.
Pediatric Care: Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a wide range of diagnoses.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
Team Meetings: Actively participate in one on one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.
Family Engagement: Engage with patients' families, providing them with a clear understanding of the benefits of cross-discipline care and involving them in the decision-making process.

Qualifications:
A valid SLP license in the state of Texas
Current BLS License
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Ability to work independently while actively participating in a multidisciplinary team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster cross-discipline collaboration.
Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
