This role involves 40% leadership and supervision to drive outcomes and 60% patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Multidisciplinary Care Leadership:
Provide strong leadership to a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
Implement the CBM CFR Vision of Care, ensuring patient-centered and compassionate rehabilitation services.
Clinical Oversight and Compliance:
Supervise therapists in all disciplines, ensuring adherence to Duration and Billing Guidelines.
Conduct regular audits to guarantee compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Operational Excellence:
Optimize clinical operations for efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Monitor and manage visits/referral ratios and staff productivity and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Retention and Performance Management:
Develop and implement retention strategies to create a positive and supportive work environment.
Evaluate and enhance staff performance through ongoing training, mentorship, and performance assessments.
Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement:
Implement quality assurance measures to enhance the overall quality of patient care.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating feedback and best practices.
Staff Development and Training:
Provide guidance and professional development opportunities for therapists.
Facilitate training sessions to ensure staff stay updated on industry trends and standards.
Community Engagement:
Represent Care First Rehab in the community, building relationships with local healthcare providers and organizations.
Explore opportunities for community outreach programs to enhance the clinic's visibility.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in a relevant healthcare field preferred.
Valid state license in the respective therapy discipline (Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy).
Proven leadership experience within a healthcare setting.
In-depth understanding of billing practices and compliance with industry guidelines.
Familiarity with Clinical benchmarks and a commitment to delivering patient-centered services.
