- Excellent customer service and communication/phone skills
- Punctual and dependable
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Strong computer, administrative and organizational skills
- Experience in verifying and processing insurance
- Ability to manage patient records and collect payments
- Comfortable reviewing dental treatment plan and procedures with parents
- Front office dental experience preferred - minimum 1 year
Job Type: Part-time
