Pca Personal Care Assistant/Hha

Responsibilities:

- Take care of one client 1:1 in the comfort of their homes.
- Assist clients with Personal Care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Help with light meal preparation and feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the supervisor
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Personal Care assistant or similar role is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Empathy and compassion for individuals requiring Personal Care assistance
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of Personal Care techniques and procedures

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week

Standard shift:

• Patient care: 1 year (Preferred)
