Pca Personal Care Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Assistants. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility, transfers and with client's exercise program
-Cleaning of equipment as needed
- Assist with feeding and drinking
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings
- Engage in meaningful conversation and provide companionship
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate supervisor

Requirements:
- Previous experience is not required and paid training will be provided
- Strong communication skills, English proficiency/ ability to build rapport with clients
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check and be at least 14 years of age to work
