In this Personal Care Aide role, you get the chance to help individuals with special needs overcome challenges and empower them to be as independent as possible. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A PERSONAL CARE AIDE?
We're looking for someone who can work:
- Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. - (12.5 hours per week)
- Sunday 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. - (32 hours per week)
- Thursday and Friday, 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Saturday 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. - (26 hours per week)
We need someone who meets the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Previous experience with supporting individuals with a variety of developmental disabilities is preferred
- Experience with various daily data documentation, behavior, and medical needs of individuals is preferred
- MAP certification - If not already certified, you must be willing and able to pass within a certain time frame from the date of transfer.
- Driver's license
