Payroll Specialist

Robert Half Finance & Accounting is partnering with a consulting company in Omaha seeking to a Payroll Specialist. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for performing the following job duties: 

•Process full cycle payroll for 100+ employees  

•Multi-state payroll 

•Enter employee information into payroll system 

•Process employee garnishments, direct deposit request, and pay increases 

•Process payroll taxes and assist with payroll audits  

•Payroll reconciliations 

•Assist with payroll audits 

•Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll compliance  

2+ years of in-house payroll experience 

Multi-state payroll experience
