What You'll Do

You'll be the wizard behind the scenes, ensuring that hourly employees get their dues accurately and on time. From managing timecards to diving into benefit tasks, you'll handle it all with finesse. Expect a mix of payroll processing, customer support superheroics, and ensuring our ERSP and benefits are sailing smoothly.

Your Essential Moves

Timekeeping Guru: Keep an eye on hourly employee hours, help them with timecards, and ensure leave time is tracked just right.

Payroll Pro: Calculate payments, summarize data for the books, and handle those special situations that pop up like ACH returns.

Customer Support Champ: Solve payroll mysteries, work with managers, and be the go-to for employees' pay-related queries.

Benefits Maestro: Dive into benefit funding, ensuring contributions are flowing where they should and that our health and dental plans are well taken care of.
