Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

• Serve as the primary liaison for new clients throughout the implementation phase.
• Design tailored payroll platforms in sync with various service departments.
• Gather essential data to align the current payroll system with past records.
• Liaise across departments to ensure a seamless integration of new products.

Here's what we're looking for:

• Preferred but not required: Associate degree, college or technical school, a CPP, or two to three years payroll experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Exceptional problem-solving acumen and strong analytical prowess.
• Outstanding time management capabilities.
• Versatility to thrive both in solo work and in team collaboration.
• Stellar verbal and written communication abilities, including training delivery.
• Attention to detail and the capacity to juggle multiple, complex tasks under tight deadlines.
• A proactive approach to managing several large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Adaptability to work extra hours as needed.
• A commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.
• A proactive, driven mindset adept at navigating a dynamic, fast-evolving workplace.
• A solid grasp of Microsoft Office applications, with a particular prowess in Excel.

Compensation:
Salary: $53,000 - $68,000 per year
