Payroll Implementation Specialist - (HCM)
Paragon, a leading provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) services, is seeking an Implementation Specialist with experience in payroll, timekeeping, and benefit implementation.
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for analyzing and anticipating client needs. This position will also assist clients in acclimating to our applications and products from start to finish. The ideal candidate has worked in HCM implementations for 5 or more years, is comfortable working with and managing multiple projects and clients at once and has the skills necessary to communicate with clients and employees in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Complete analysis of client's current systems and processes
- Create project plan(s) and timelines necessary to meet anticipated start dates
- Complete all onboarding initiatives including adding client, employee, and wage information to Paragon payroll
- Project manage implementation timelines for multiple client accounts at once independently
- Design and build system workflows for onboarding purposes
- Troubleshoot and configure accrual policies, earnings, memo, and deduction codes
- Troubleshoot complex client setups including wage and tax discrepancies from client-provided data sources and in Paragon application(s)
- Troubleshoot data conversion discrepancies in Paragon application(s)
- Train clients on how to use Paragon application(s)
- Process/assist clients with payroll needs until ready to transition to the client support team
- Provide quality client service to maintain a high rate of client satisfaction
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with clients and coworkers
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
- Perform account implementation audits prior to processing
- Ensure transition to support processes are completed successfully
- Escalate issues and incidents as needed to appropriate team members or leadership
- Ability to learn, implement, and train clients on isolved ancillary products
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' HCM implementation experience working with multiple complex payroll and HR clients
- Prior experience with multi state payroll and taxes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications:
- HR, Payroll or Benefit support for HCM systems such as isolved, Millennium, Worklogic, ADP Workforce Now, or Kronos
- Experience working with various APIs, payroll, and timekeeping software
- Experience working with isolved (preferred), ADP Workforce Now, or Kronos software
- FPC, CPP, PHR or SPHR certification
