Technology Implementation Specialist - Treasury Management

As a Business Experience Plan & Administrative Advisor - Technology Implementations Specialist within PNC's Treasury Management Client Care organization, you will be based in a remote location. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.
The Technology Implementation Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
• Engage and manage Treasury Management client API and other PNC Technology Implementations.
• Manage and troubleshoot API and technical integration issues.
• Coordinate with other technical and support teams to resolve technical and implementation issues.
• Maintain project plans for Product API implementations.
• Plan a program for ongoing client regression testing.
• Work with clients and owners QA environments to secure client testing windows.
• Suggest improvements for API Developer Portal to streamline client implementations.
The successful candidate will have experience in:
• API / JSON knowledge
• Software plug-ins and other technology integrations
• Product implementations
• Process engineering
• Project management
• Ability to communicate business and technical issues to clients
• Proactive communications to ensure PNC and clients are aware of issue status.
Job Description

• Collaborates cross-functional teams to improve business planning methods. Executes key business initiatives and growth strategies and programs that will drive line of business objectives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.
• Responsible for executing and implementing business planning processes. Helps to designs strategic plans based on forecasts, and provides improvement recommendations.
• Understands business direction and needs and develops solutions, roadmaps and assessment of potential business impacts. Identifies and executes opportunities that add value to the business and to achieve business goals.
• Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy.
• Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that influences the implementation of best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Base Salary: $65,000 - $149,500
Salaries may vary within the range based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
Incentive: Role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
