Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits to employees
- Calculate and process payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, and garnishments
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management
- Stay up-to-date with payroll regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws
- Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 preparation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of payroll processes, procedures, and best practices
- Proficiency in ADP WFN; familiarity with Paycom is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong communication skills to interact with employees regarding payroll inquiries

Pay: $58,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
