Payment Poster-Healthcare

```Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Cash Poster. As a Cash Poster, you will play a crucial role in the revenue cycle management process by accurately posting payments and reconciling accounts. This position requires strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Process and post payments received from various sources, including checks, credit cards, and electronic funds transfers
- Ensure accurate posting of payments by verifying debits and credits
- Reconcile accounts by comparing payment records with outstanding balances
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payment postings
- Assist with account reconciliation and provide support to the accounting team as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Cash Poster or similar role is preferred
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle management principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Quicken, Sage, or similar programs
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to analyze financial data and perform account reconciliations
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset
