Payment Poster’s Responsibilities
- Complete payment entries: post payments, record and balance batch reports to run transaction reports, and verify all deposits and scanned checks to be posted by the end of the month.
- Communicate and document payment denials in the management systems and to the direct personnel.
- Create invoices for third-party vendors and communicate with the physician's office upon receipt of payment.
Payment Poster’s Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is required
- Three (3) years of payment posting experience is required
- Advanced proficiency with computer software applications, i.e., Microsoft Office, is required
- Strong attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills are required

- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
