CCHC Imaging Center, Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns or complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software for scheduling and record keeping
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
