As the Patient Access Representative (PAR), you will be responsible for performing administrative and data entry services at the outpatient clinic to include collecting payments, reimbursements, medical records and data processing. The PAR will serve as the receptionist and provide exceptional customer service to all clients and families visiting the clinic.

You’ll earn a competitive salary of $14-16 hour depending on skills and experience.This full-time position offers a primaryschedule Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm. We also offer benefits to those regularly working 30 hours or more per week.

What We’re Looking For
To join our team as the Patient Access Representative you must knowledge of Electronic Health Records and medical billing, have a high degree of accuracy in documentation, and have knowledge of insurance processes. We also require:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with mental health population preferred
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
