SalaryWe are a private pediatric practice with two locations in Raleigh (Brier Creek and near Rex Hospital). PSRs work out of both office locations. The PSR position involves:
- Checking patients in / out
- Collecting co-pays & balances
- Scheduling patients for appointments
- Updating demographic information
- Routing phone calls appropriately
We are open 7 days a week, with limited hours on the weekends, which this position would work once a month/as needed.
Those applying should have reliable transportation, be able to work M-F full-time (8-5/8:30-5:30) and some medical experience (although we are willing to train the right people). All patient service representatives are required to work one evening a week and one holiday per year.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
