Patient Services Representative

Pay Rate: $15-$17/hour, based on experience and qualifications

Children's Dental Health currently has an Immediate opening for a full-time Patient Services Representativein our Aston, PA location.

As a Patient Services Representative, you will be our patients' first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. We are searching for a passionate and customer-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating smiles.

This position is a full-time position. The hours are as follows: Monday - Thursday from 7:45 am - 5: 00 pm *Occasional Fridays or Saturdays Travel between offices as needed.

What You Will Do:

• Smile and greet patients and families upon arrival and dismissal
• Check in and check out patients
• Respond to patient questions and/or concerns according to CDH policies
• Answer telephones and check voicemail
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Follow up on no-shows or cancelled appointments
• Verify patient information
• Keep and maintain up-to-date patient account records
• Other duties as assigned

What You Will Need:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• One year of experience working in the front desk area of a medical/dental practice strongly preferred
• Strong customer service skills; ability to communicate well
• Demonstrated desire to work with children in a pediatric setting
