Responsibilities
- Must be able to work each day Monday through Thursday 4:00 pm-8:00 pm
- Greet patients as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, verify patient benefits
- Assist patients with paperwork/forms
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attends to the needs of patients and other staff members as requested
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
