Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule and manage appointments to optimize patient flow
- Answer phones promptly and provide exceptional customer service
- Skillfully navigate and pull patients' insurance benefits with accuracy
- Monitor and manage multiple inboxes to ensure timely response and resolution
- Present treatment options to patients with clarity and professionalism
- Collect co-payments and ensure accurate financial transactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or similar role
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
