Patient Information Tech

Capital Cardiology is seeking a Patient Information Technician for our Albany, Clifton Park and Schenectady office. Patient Information Technician is responsible for answering phones, processing paperwork/preparing charts, scanning documents, obtaining records, using Electronic Medical Records systems, etc. Patient Information Technician will be cross trained at the check in/out desks as well, assisting in checking patients in/out, verifying demographics and insurance information, scheduling appointments, collecting co-pays, verifying test authorizations. The pay rate for this position is from $17 hourly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Great organizational skills.
• Must be detailed oriented, prompt and dependable.
