As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the back-end of our chiropractic office. This position requires strong leadership and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be punctual, assertive, and self-directed, while working in a team environment.
```Responsibilities```
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Assist with patient warm-ups, exercises, and check-in process to maintain the ideal flow for the office
- Gather new patient information during consultation appointment
- Help with front desk duties when needed, such as taking phone calls, scheduling appointments, and taking payments
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks, such as maintaining patient records and updating electronic health records (EHR)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office
```Requirements```
- Reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
