We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our kind, supportive and motivated team. Garrison Family Dentistry provides comprehensive dental care for all ages. Responsibilities include:
- Align with practice values and goals
- Support and collaborate with dental team for efficient service
- Attend scheduled team meetings, ad hoc huddles, workshops and training as required
- Learn dental terminology, technology, procedures and treatments for understanding and ability to facilitate Patient Care
- Process and system implementation
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Answering and engaging phone calls
- Triage patient emergencies
- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
- Respect patient privacy
- Advocate and discuss treatment plans
- Patient education
- Arranging and collecting payments
- Documentation and record keeping
- Analysis of practice statistics. Ex: number of new patients
- Social Media postings
- General reception and office management duties and services
- Assisting in opening and closing the office

Experience
- Customer service industry
- Medical/Dental setting preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
