Patient Care Coordinator/ Dental Assistant
Our modern periodontal practice is actively seeking a friendly, caring, enthusiastic, reliable, and a professional individual to join our team as a “Patient Care Coordinator”.
This position is ideal for a candidate who has a strong desire to progress their career in the dental field. Ideally, an individual who is productive, has the ability to multitask, able to adapt in a new setting, friendly, and works well with peers and doctors.
Patient care is our top priority. We implement state-of-the-art technologies which allows our practice to perform efficiently both clinically and administratively.
Qualifications for the P*atient Care Coordinator* position includes but is not limited to:
- ***Minimal of 1-2 years dental front office experience***
- Knowledge of Eaglesoft and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Dental Insurances & Dental Terminology
- Insurance benefit verification & claims follow up
- Ability to answer multiple phone lines and greet patients
- Scheduling appointments & follow ups
- Maintaining and verifying a productive schedule
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Bilingual is a plus (English & Spanish)
- Ability to enter and present treatment plans to patients with high predictable acceptance rates
- Calculating & collecting payments
This is a Full-time position with a comprehensive benefit package.
Salary: $22-27/hour (Depending on Experience).
