Patient Care Coordinator

We are looking to hire a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team! Miracle-Ear has been in business for over 70 years, and we continue to strive for exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative activities of the office. We are looking for a candidate that is proficient with computers, insurance, familiar in a medical office environment, who can learn quickly and is self-motivated.

Responsibilities:

· Manage file system and information

· Greet patients and answer phones

· Plan and maintain work environment

· Provide administrative assistance to management team

· Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication

· Maintain office appointment schedule

· Work with computer software

· Insurance paperwork (training provided)

· Perform other tasks as needed (replenish office supplies, distribute mail etc.)

Qualifications:

· Previous office experience or administrative environment

· Insurance verification

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize a must!

· Strong organization skills

· Deadline and detail oriented

· Strong leadership qualities

· Personable but professional

· Team player
